2 结果
2.1 HBD-2的分子检测
PCR结果显示，在涎腺良性肿瘤组织、恶性肿瘤组织、炎症组织和正常涎腺组织中均可检测到HBD-2 mRNA(图1)。

Real-Time PCR结果显示，与正常涎腺组织组比较，良性肿瘤组HBD-2 mRNA表达量为其6.468倍，显著高于正常涎腺组织组(P<0.05)；恶性肿瘤组为其0.334倍，显著低于正常涎腺组织组(P<0.05)；炎症组织组为其10.563倍，显著高于正常涎腺组织组(P<0.05)(图2)。
