本研究进一步探索PKD-2与肿瘤细胞提高化疗药物敏感性的关系，结果发现基因沉默pkd-2基因能有效提高舌癌细胞对化疗药物的敏感性，促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡，并最终降低P-gp的表达。如何降低P-
gp的表达、逆转MDR从而提高化疗药物的作用效果是目前的研究热点，本研究为pkd-2基因与肿瘤细胞的耐药性之间的关系提供理论基础。
