[摘要] 釉珠是异位釉质的一种，好发于上颌第一磨牙根分叉区或近釉牙骨质处，常见病变为一个釉珠。本文报道1例发生在上颌第三磨牙根尖处及牙颈部的多发性釉珠，并对相关文献进行回顾。
