[摘要] 采用中空分段式赝复体修复单侧上颌骨缺损伴张口受限1例，使患者的语言、吞咽、吮吸及咀嚼功能得到了较好的恢复，面部外形也有很大的改善，同时患者取戴方便，治疗效果满意。
