心理咨询效果评估量表中文版的信度和效度

【摘 要】 目的：对心理咨询效果评估量表(the Outcome Questionnaire，OQ-45.2) 中文版进行信效度检验并计算划界分。方法：整群选取杭州某大学学生750名、来某专科医院心理咨询的门诊病人65名、某社区居民230名进行测试，其中229名大学生和167名社区居民同时完成症状自评量表和Beck抑郁问卷，以检验效标效度。随机抽取98名大学生和40名社区居民进行一周后重测。结果：3个样本的内部一致性Cronbach α系数在总量表上均较高(0.91～0.92)；总量表重测信度0.71(P<0.01)；验证性因素分析GFI、AGFI、NFI、NNFI、CFI、IFI均都大于0.90,RMSEA、χ2/df值分别为0.07、2.16；与症状自评量表、Beck抑郁问卷的相关系数在0.62～0.72之间(P<0.01)；区分效度良好，能有效区分正常与异常(P<0.001)；划界分为62/63，其中学生和社区样本中31.9%、门诊样本66.2%筛查阳性。结论：心理咨询效果评估量表中文版信度和效度可接受，可应用于学校、医院、社区等心理咨询机构。

【Abstract】Objective:To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Outcome Questionnaire (OQ-45.2),and to calculate the cutoff for Chinese population.Methods:The sample consisted of 750 college students,65 outpatients and 230 community members,in which 229 university students and 167 community members completed SCL-90 and BDI test at the same time to test criterion validity of the OQ-45.2. And 98 university students and 40 community members were selected randomly to take a retest after one week.Results:OQ-45.2 had good internal reliability (the Cronbach α coefficients ranged from 0.91 to 0.92). The test-retest reliability was 0.71 (P<0.01).The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indexes for GFI,AGFI,NFI,NNFI,CFI and IFI were all >0.90,RMSEA=0.07,χ2/df=2.16.Correlations with SCL-90 and BDI were in range of0.62~0.72 (P<0.01). It's construct validity could also be accepted and good discriminate validity could discriminatepatients from normal (P<0.001).The cutoff was 62/63,and dysfunctional was 31.9% among college students and communities,66.2% among outpatients ......
