【摘要】 目的 了解中小学生家庭学习环境中照明 灯具的使用情况，为完善学生视力保护措施提供科学依据。方法 选取通 州区城镇3所中小学学生101名，对家庭学习环境照明情况进行现场调查和检测。 结果 学习时，台灯和日常照明灯同时使用率为56.44%，护眼灯使用率为58.42% ，主要光源位置适宜者占47.52%。台灯和日常照明灯同时使用与单独使用日常照明灯照明效 果相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护眼灯与白炽灯照明效果比较，差异有统计 学意义(P<0.05)。结论 家庭学习环境中的照明灯具使用存在问 题较多。应对学生及家长开展针对性的健康教育，合理营造家庭学习环境。
