【摘要】 目的 探讨建立学校安全管理水平的评价指标体系,为促进学校安全管理水平的提高提供依据。方法 根据人-机-环境系统理论和《中小学幼儿园安全管理办法》,构建学校安全管理水平的评价指标体系。结果 初步构建了包括1项一级指标、5项二级指标和18项三级指标的学校安全管理水平的评价指标体系,其中二级指标包括事故指标、人员安全评价指标、设备安全评价指标、环境安全评价指标和安全管理评价指标。结论 需要进一步完善和整理出一整套可量化的学校安全管理水平评价指标体系。

    Construction of an Index System for Evaluating School Safety Management/GU Wen-zhong, XU Yong. School of Radiation Medicine and Public Health,Soochow University, Suzhou (215123), Jiangsu Province, China

    【Abstract】 Objective To set up an index system for evaluating school safety management, and to provide bases for improving school safety management. Methods Based on the theory of person-computer-environment and Security Management's Laws and Regulations of Kindergarten, Primary School and Middle School, an index system for constructing school safety management was built. Results The system was composed of one first-grade index, five second-grade indices and eighteen third-grade indices, and the second-grade indies was consist of evident index, person safety index, equipment safety index, environment safety index and safety management index. Conclusion A set of quantifiable index system for evaluating school safety management should be constructed and perfected. ......
