【摘要】 目的 了解亚洲3地青少年性相关行为发展模式及其影响因素，为开展针对性健康干预措施提供科学依据。方法 对越南河内，中国上海、台北共计 17 016名15～24岁未婚青少年进行Computer-assisted Self Interview(CASI)问卷调查。结果 3地青少年性相关行为发生比例不同，性交发生比例台北为31.2%，上海为12.7%，河内为4.4%。尽管3地青少年从约会到发生性行为的时间近似相同，均约需2 a，但性相关行为进程存在差异。影响青少年性相关行为进展的多因素分析结果显示，约会年龄、年龄、文化程度在3地有着共同的影响；居住地、是否学生对河内和上海青少年行为进展有影响，家庭经济收入状况仅与上海青少年的性相关行为发展有关。结论 应根据3地青少年不同的性相关行为发展模式以及影响因素，有针对性地采取不同的健康干预措施。

Study of Sex-related Behaviors’ Pattern Among Unmarried Adolescent in Three Asian Cities/ ZHANG Peng*, LOU Chao-hua, LAURIE, et al. * Public Health School of Fudan University, Shanghai (200032), China
【Abstract】 Objective To understand sex-related behaviors’ progression pattern of Asian adolescents in three cities including Hanoi, Shanghai and Taipei and impact factors of the pattern, to provide reference for sex education among adolescents in three cities. MethodsA Computer-assisted Self Interview (CASI) questionnaire survey of sex-related symbolic behaviors such as date, kiss, fondle and intercourse was conducted on 17 016 unmarried adolescents aged 15 to 24 in the three cities. ResultsProportions of sex-related behaviors’ occurrence were different among adolescents in three cities, the highest was in Taipei. Intercourse proportion was 31.2% in Taipei, 12.7% in Shanghai and 4.4% in Hanoi respectively. The time intervals from date to intercourse were nearly similar(2 years) among adolescents in three cities. But there were many differences upon sex-related behaviors’ progression of adolescents between cites. The results of Multi-Linear regression showed that sex-related behaviors progression of adolescents was commonly influenced by date age, age and education level in three cities. Both residence and student or not influenced that of adolescents in Hanoi and Shanghai. Economic status was just associated with Shanghai adolescents’ sex-related behaviors’ progression. Conclusion Intervening measures should be taken for adolescent reproductive health according to different sex-related behaviors’ progression pattern and its impact factors in three cities ......
