    第七版执业药师考试《药学专业知识(二)》考试大纲及真题剖析Δ

    目的：探讨执业药师考试改革方向，为高职高专药学专业课程设置提供参考。方法：通过文献分析和综合分析的方法，对第七版《药学专业知识(二)》考试大纲的变化、试卷内容结构和分值分布、教材内容与试卷分值的相关性、试卷考点及考点分布、重点难点等进行深入分析。结果：第七版《药学专业知识(二)》考试大纲的具体内容从原来的7个系统改为16个章节，每个章节都包含药理作用和临床评价、用药监护、常用药品的临床应用，其中药理作用和临床评价部分考点最多，为重点内容；减少了题量，增加了综合分析选择题，主要考查用药监护。试卷中第5、8、10章所占分值最多，第1～2、4、9、14～16章页码与分值的比值<平均比值；药理作用和临床评价部分为重点内容，常用药品的临床应用为难点内容，强调药学服务实践技能。结论：执业药师考试紧密联系临床实际，体现了“以用定考”“以用为先”的特点，可为药学专业课程设置提供参考。
