    临床药学实习基地带教师资队伍建设刍议Δ

    目的：提高临床药学专业人才培养质量。方法：总结临床药学实习基地带教师资队伍的现状、剖析存在的问题，并根据问题从思想、能力、制度三个层面进行改革。结果与结论：通过强化临床药学带教师资的教育意识、明确临床药学带教师资的工作职责、完善带教课程工作体系来强化临床药学带教师资的岗位认知；通过更新临床药学带教师资的专业知识结构、提升教学教育理论水平和能力、加强师德建设来提高临床药学带教师资的综合能力和水平；并构建了高校与医院相结合的协同联动的激励竞争机制，以提升临床药学实习基地带教师资的水平。这既能保障教学质量和教学效果，也能适应高等药学教育和公立医院的改革发展，提升医疗服务水平。
