    摘 要 目的：为医院药学人员在人工智能冲击下的岗位选择和发展提供参考。方法：通过实地走访和检索文献，分析人工智能对医院药学的影响及药学人员面对的挑战与机遇。结果与结论：人工智能超速发展，在医院药学中的药品采购与验收、药品贮存、药品分拣、药品调剂、药品配送、病区药品管理、处方审核与点评、用药监测等多个岗位均有应用，医院药学人员面临着较大的挑战，同时也有新的机遇。例如，在药品调剂工作中，药学人员可给予患者更专业的知识和更浓厚的人文关怀，为患者提供高品质的药品调剂服务；临床药学人员还可根据患者的疾病信息参与会诊，协助医师制订个体化治疗方案；还可结合智能平台的监测结果，参与用药事前审核，为管理部门提供药事信息等。

    ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the position selection and development of hospital pharmacy personnel under the impact of artificial intelligence. METHODS： Through field investigation and literature retrieval， the effects of artificial intelligence on hospital pharmacy， challenge and opportunity for pharmaceutical staff were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLU- SIONS： The artificial intelligence developed rapidly and applied in various posts， such as drug purchase and acceptance， drug storage， drug sorting， drug dispensing， drug distribution， drug management in ward， prescription checking and review， drug monitoring.
