    摘 要 目的：建立可实现药学服务信息化、智能化的药师工作站，促进药学工作的全流程规范化和服务质量的提升。方法 ：介绍我院自主研发的药师工作站的具体功能模块，通过对比工作站上线应用前后1年内相关工作质量和工作效率指标，评价其使用效果。结果：药师工作站基于本院电子病历设计，组成模块包括用药知识库、处方审核、不良反应管理、用药整合、会诊管理、质控与绩效等，与医院信息系统兼容性高，可深度干预医嘱运行；其上线使用后实现了对患者用药的有效管控，医嘱审核实现全覆盖，处方合格率上升2.26%(97.10% vs. 99.30%)，不合理医嘱干预成功率上升18.61%(62.34% vs. 80.95%)，药品相关不良事件降低13.54%(635件 vs. 549件)，药学会诊、血药浓度监测和基因检测报告实现无纸化，用药指导单书写时间明显缩短(20.34 min vs. 8.21 min，n=100)。结论 ：药师工作站的应用推进了药师工作的信息化和规范化，为用药审核、干预、药学服务、药事管理等工作提供了高效便捷的工具。

    ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE： To establish pharmacist workstation that can realize the informatization and intellectualization of pharmaceutical care， and to promote the standardization of the whole process of pharmaceutical work and the improvement of service quality.
