    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVEToinvestigatetheefectsof Estradioltablet/EstradiolanddydrogesteronetabletcombinedwithDan'e fukangdecoctioopostoperativecoverysexhnelevelsuterieaterblodflowandendometriuminpatientswithigh riskof endometrialbasallayer injuryafterinducedabortion，andevaluatethesafetyof drug use.METHODS Aretrospective analysiswasconductedontheclinicaldataof44patientswithhighriskofendometrialbasallayerinjurywhounderwent artificial abortionsinour hospitalbetween January2022andDecember2023.They weredividedintocontrolgroup(120cases)and observationgroup(124cases)acordingtopostoperativemedicationplan.Allpatientsreceivedanti-infectivetreatmentafter inducedabortionBasedonitcontrolgroupwasgivenEstradioltabletEstradiolanddydrogesteronetabletandobservatogrup wasgivenEstradioabletEstradiolandddrogesteronetabletDan'efukangdecoctinforcnsecutie28dThetimeofagial bleeding ......
