    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE Toinvestigate the reference range of tacrolimus blood concentration inchildren with HenochSchonleinpurpuranephritis(SPN)andanalyzethefactorsaffectingthebloodconcentrationinodertoprovideareferencefor rationaluseofthedrug inclinic.METHODs Clinicaldataofchildren withHSPNwhoweretreatedwithtacrolimusandregularly monitoredforbloodconcentrationattheChildren'sHospitalAffliatedtoKunming MedicalUniversitywereretrospectively colectedfromJanuary201toJanuary024Thethresholdofefectivecocentrationoftacroliuswasdeterminedbythereceiver operatingcharacteristiccurveofthesubjects.Theclinicalefficacyoftacrolimusindiffrentconcentrationsandtheincidenceof adverse drugreaction(ADR)werecomparedtodetermine thereferencerangeof tacrolimus bloodconcentrationThefactors influencing thebloodconcentration were analyzedbyone-wayandmultiplelinearregresson.RESULTSAtotalof97pediatric patientswereincluded ......
