    ABSTACTThepathogenesisofchronicwoundhealingiscomplexItisoftendifficulttohealduetoalongcourseof disease， diffcultyintreatmentanditseriouslyafectsthequalityoflifeinpatients.Theactiveingredients，coupletmedicinalsand compound formulasoftraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)posssuniqueadvantages inthetreatmentofchronicwound healing. Thephosphatidylinositol3-kinase/proteinkinaseBPI3K/Akt)signalingpathwayisextremelycriticalinthetreatmentofchronic wound healingbyregulatingaseriesofbiologicalprocesesincludingcellapoptosisangiogenesisandinflammatoryesposes.
