    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVEToanalyze thecurrnt situationof drug use in domestic aeromedical rescue，and provide references fortheevelopment of aeromedical rescueservices andtherationaluseof drugson board.METHODSAlliteratureon aeromedicalrescue in China wereretrievedfromthedatabasesofSinoMed，CNKI，VIP，and Wanfang dataupto Septemberlst， 2024.Extractingdescriptive analysis wreconductedontheliterature screened bytheinclusionandexclusioncieria.RESULTSA totalof36literaturewere included.AeromedicalrescuecaseshadbeenreportedinChinasince1985，withacumulativetotalof5 370 cases reported. Prehospital rescue performed 861 cases，with 9 6 . 4 0 % of them involving the use of at least 9 categories，totaling at least10 different drugs，primarily emergency drugs.Interhospital rescue performed 4 509 cases，and 8 5 . 2 3 % of them used over 48kindsofdrugsacross19categories，mainlyemergencydrugssupplementedbyspcialtydrugs.Fromtheviewoftransportation， 5166 air transfers were made by helicopters，of which 8 8 . 0 0 % involved the use of drugs ......
