    ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE To investigate the antidepressant mechanism of Shugan hewei tang (SGHWT) based on the metabolomics of prefrontal cortex (PFC)-nucleus accumbens (NAc)-ventral tegmental area (VTA) neural circuit.
