ABSTRACTOBJECTIVETooptimize the stir-fryingprocessof Platycodon grandiflorum,compare the protectiveeffectof P. grandiflorumonlunginjuryinmicebeforeandafterstir-frying,andpreliminarilyexplorethecharacteristicsof“enhancedefcacy through processing”of stir-frying P. grandiflorum. METHODS On the basis of single-factor experiment,the stir-frying time, temperatureandfrequencyweretakenasfactors,andthecomprehensivescoresofappearancetraits,platycodinDcontentand alcohol extractcontentweretakenasindexes.Box-Behnkenresponsesurfaceexperiment was designed tooptimizethestir-frying process of P. grandiflorum and verify it.The mice were divided into blank control group ......
