    Studyon mechanism zhichuang supposiry in treating hemorrhoids based on networl pharmacologyand metabolomics

    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVETo explore the mechanism improvement efect zhichuang supposiry(CBZCS)on hemorrhoidsinratsthrough network pharmacologyandmetabolomics.METHODSAhemorrhoid modelwasestablished by subcutaneous injection rhododendron oil induce anal swelling.SDrats were divided in blank group(NC group， 0.32g/kg vaseline)，model group(Model group， 0.32g/kg vaseline)，CBZCS low-，medium-，and high-dose groups (CBZCS-L，CBZCSM，CBZCS-H groups，with dosages 0.16，0.32，and 0.64g/kg respectively)，and Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids supposiry group (Positive group， 0.32g/kg )，with 9 rats in each group.Anal administration was performed at 6，12，24，48，and 72 hours aftermodeling.Afterthelastadministration，thepathologicalchangestheanaltissuesinratswereobserved ......
