    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVEToevaluate thequalityof Yindan huoxue tongyu granules.METHODS Taking high performance liquidchromatographywithultravioletandevaporativelightscateringdetectionasmethod，thefingerprintof15batchesofYindan huoxuetongyugranuleswasestablished，andsimilarityevaluationwasperformedby SimilarityEvaluationSystemof ChromatographicFingerprintofTCM(2012edition)todeterminecommonpeaks.Thecommonpeakswere identified by comparingwithreferencesubstancechromatogramsandsingledecoctionpiecechromatograms.Networkpharmacologywasusedto screenoutcoretargetsandpathwaysof identifiedcomponents，constructa“component-target-pathway”network diagram，and predictthe pharmacodynamiccomponentsof Yindan huoxuetongyu granules，and the content determinationof these components wascarriedoutbythe samemethod.RESULTSHPLC fingerprintsof15 batchesof Yindanhuoxue tongyugranules were characterized with 40 common peaks，and17components including salvianolic acid B ......
