    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVEToestablish thefingerprint of Bushenningshenointment，determinethecontentsof its major constituents，andinvestigateitsinvitroantioxidantactivity.METHODsHighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC) fingerprintsof1batchesofBushen nngshen ointment were established.Similarityevaluationand identificationofcommonpeaks weresubsequently performed.Thecontentsof1Ocomponentssuchassalidrosidewere determinedusing thesame HPLCmethod.
