    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVETo studythechemical components，components migrating tothe bloodand metabolitesof Sanhua decoctioninrats.METHODS Male Wistarrats were divided intoadministration groupand blank group，with 6rats in each group. The rats in the administration group were given 13.3g/kg of Sanhua decoction lyophilized powder solution by gavage once a day in themorningandevening，and theratsinthe blank group weregivenanequalvolumeofsalinebygavageonceadayinthe morningand evening，both for3consecutivedays.Plasmasampleswerecolectedfromthetwogroupsofratsafterthe last administration.Thechemicalcomponents，prototypecomponentsmigrating tothe bloodand metabolitesof Sanhuadecoctionwere analyzedbyUHPLC-Q-TOF/MStechnique.Thestructureswereidentifiedcombinedwiththeself-builtnaturalproducthighresolutiomassspectrometrydatabaseandrelevant literature.RESULTSamp;CONCLUSIONSTotally69compounds wereidentified fromtheyophilizedpowderofSanuadecoction ......
