ABSTRACTArtificial inteligence(AI)andpopulationpharmacokinetics(PPK)technologieshavedemonstratedsignificant potentialinthepersonalizedmedicationofimmunosuppressantsafterorgantransplantation,enablingprecisepredictionofdrug dosages.ThisarticleprovidesacomprehensivereviewoftheapplicationstatusofAIandPPKintheindividualizedadministration of immunosuppessntsafterorgan transplantation,focusesonmonitoringblooddrugconcentration,predictingeficacy/adverse reactions,andestablishingindividualizeddosingmodelsfororgantransplantrecipientsafterimmunosuppessntadministration,and analyzesandcomparestheappicationcharactersticsofdiferentmethodsindiferentorgantransplantpatientsaswellasthe integrationand futuredevelopmentofAIandPPKtechnologies.AIandPPKtechnologiescannotonlysignificantlyreducethe dependenceonhumanresources,butalsogreatlyimprovethelevelof individualizedtreatmentofimmunosuppresantsafterorgan transplantation,and reduce the discomfortand burdencausedby frequent bloodconcentrationmonitoring topatients.KEYWORDSartificial intelligence;population pharmacokinetics;organ transplantation; indiviualized medication ......
