    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVETo providereference forfurtherunifying and standardizing thequalityof home-based pharmaceutical servicesinclose-knitregional medicalcommunityof Sichuanand Chongqing，andensuring medicationsafetyof patients. METHODS Under the guidanceof the Chongqing Medical Asociationand the Chongqing Pharmaceutical AdministrationQuality ControlCenter，andledbytheBishanHospitalAfliatedtoChongqngMedicalUniversityandtheYongchuanHospitalAiliated toChongqingMedicalUniversity，14medicalinstitutionsintheSichuan-ChongqingregionjointlyparticipatedBasedonexisting regulations，guidelines，andexpertconsensus，questionnairesurveywasconductedtoinvestigatethimplementationstatusofomebasedpharmaceutical serviceswithin theclose-knitregional medicalcommunityof Sichuanand Chongqing.Subsequently，the Delphi ethod wasemployed forexpertconsultationandtheanalytic hierarchyprocesswasused todetermine indicator weights， ultimatelyestablishingaqualitycontrolsystemforhome-basedpharmaceuticalservicesintheclose-knitregionalmedical communityof SichuanandChongqing.RESULTsamp;CONCLUSIONsThisconsensus has establishedaqualitycontrolsystemfor home-based pharmaceutical services withintheclose-knit regional medicalcommunityof Sichuanand Chongqing ......
