    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVETo establish a working model for thecough andasthma pharmaceuticalcareclinicandanalyze the efects ofoutpatientpharmaceuticalcare interventionsonpatients.METHODSApharmaceuticalcareclinicforcoughandasthma wasestablishedinourospital，withcomprehensieregulationsandules，completeifrastructureanddefinedpharmaceuticalcare workflows.Thedemographicdataofpatients(gender，age，residence，diseasedurationandsoon)werecolectedfromMay2021 toDecember 2024.Indicators including health status，diseaseseverity，inhalationtechniquendmedicationadherenceduringvisits andfollow-upwerecollctedandanalyzdstatistically，toasesstheeffectsofpharmaceuticalcareinterventionsonpatients.
