摘要：食品安全是严重的社会问题，其产生的根源主要在于食品市场存在严重的信息不对称。虽然近年来我国更加重视对食品安全的治理，同时也加强了政府对食品安全的监管，但是单纯依靠政府的监管并不能从根源上治理和解决食品安全问题。所以，要在继续加强政府监管力度的基础上，进一步提高政府监管的技术，还要借助全社会的力量以构建全方位的食品安全监管体系。

    Countermeasures of Governing Food Safety in the Perspective of Economics

    Abstract: Food safety is a serious social problem. Serious information asymmetry in the food market is the main source of the food safety. In recent years, the government paid more emphasis on the governing of food safety, and strengthened the governing of it. However, it can not give a fundamental solution to the food safety problem to rely solely on the governing. So we must keep the governing strength and improve the technique of it. And we have to set up an all-sided system to control food safety problem with the help of whole social strength.
