【摘要】目的：针对各种创伤致皮肤缺损弹力减张缝合结合VSD负压吸引治疗的应用体会。方法：对32例皮缺损的弹力减张缝合结合VSD负压吸引的应用。结果：32例回访，16例在院一期愈合，10例在院二期植皮，6例离院后换药治愈。结论：弹力减张缝合结合VSD负压吸引可使小面积皮缺损得到一期愈合，能降低创伤早期植皮坏死、感染率，部分大面积缺损可以缺损面积缩小减少患者二次手术植皮面积。

    【Abstract】Objective : according to various skin defects of elastic tension suture combined with VSD negative pressure treatment experience of application. Methods: 32 cases with skin defect of elastic tension suture combined with VSD suction application. Results: 32 cases of pay a return visit,16 patients in hospital healed,10 cases of skin grafting in two period,6patients from the hospital after changing cure. Conclusion: elastic tension suture combined with VSD negative pressure suction can make the small area skin defect was healed, can reduce the trauma of early skin necrosis, infection rate, part of the large defect can be reduced in patients with reduced defect area two times the area of skin grafting operation. ......
