     综上所述，MRI海马体积测量是鉴别AD的一个信度较高的指标，但尚不能把海马萎缩作为诊断AD的唯一指标。海马沟回间距、左右侧颞角宽度和左右侧外侧裂脑沟根部宽度的线性测量可作为区别AD与正常人的特异性指标，杏仁核的体积以及大脑横径测量对鉴别AD敏感度较差。
