【摘要】目的：了解患者家属在院期间的自我防护意识现状以及针对性提出相关建议。方法：随机对本科室2013年1—3月入院的100名慢性乙型肝炎患者家属进行问卷调查。结果：慢性乙型肝炎患者家属对疾病及日常护理知识缺乏了解，且不同地区、不同学历的患者家属存在差异性；对疾病传播途径了解、预防方法掌握、疾病相关知识的获取渠道均呈现单一性；因此医护人员是患者家属获取疾病知识的主要途径。对策：重点加强对低学历、农村地区患者家属疾病预防知识的健康教育；疾病知识教育的重点是疾病的预防隔离；发挥医护人员在患者家属预防疾病知识教育中的主导作用。
