【摘要】护患沟通本质上就是护理工作人员在医疗活动中，不断围绕着患者的病情以及康复问题与患者进行交流。传染科的护理工作，对护理人员要求比较高，要求护理人员必须对患者的心理特点以及各方面需求有一个明确的了解，只有这样才能真正意义上开展护患沟通工作，达到理想目标，与患者之间建立相互理解、信任的关系，提升患者病情恢复质量，提升自身护理质量，尽量减少矛盾。
