双丹明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的多中心临床研究

【摘要】目的：通过多中心临床研究的方式，分析双丹明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：于2012年2月到2014年2月，在我市A医院、B医院以及C医院分别选取60例糖尿病视网膜病变患者，均采用双丹明目胶囊进行治疗，比较三家医院患者的临床疗效。结果：A、B、C三家医院患者治疗的总有效率分别为96.7%、95.0%以及98.3%，三家医院患者治疗的总有效率之间两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：双丹明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变，具有非常显著的临床疗效，大多数患者均能够得到很好的治疗，该治疗方法具有在临床上推广应用的深远价值。

【Abstract】Objective: through the clinical research center, analysis the clinical curative effect of Shuangdan Mingmu capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: from 2012 February to 2014 February were selected, 60 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy in my A hospital, B hospital and C hospital, use of Shuangdan Mingmu capsules for treatment, comparison of three hospital patients. Results: A, B, C treated patients in three hospitals in the total effective rate was 96.7%, 95% and 98.3%, three hospital patients and the total efficiency between two two there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Shuangdan Mingmu capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, has clinical curative effect remarkable, most patients were able to obtain the very good treatment, the treatment method is of great value in clinical application ......
