【摘要】引流为外科基本操作之一，也是外科手术中常用的治疗措施，对于外科医生来说较为熟悉。但关键问题是如何恰当而正确的使用引流术，应当引起我们的重视，否则不但起不到引流应有的作用，反而会加重或增加感染机会，产生合并症等严重的后果。外科引流是术中或术后处理常用的方法之一，在外科治疗中占有重要地位。引流种类较多，可分别置于切口，体腔，空腔器管，实质器官内，以引流血液，脓液，体腔液或胃肠道的液体和气体。正确的引流能促进术后康复，减少治疗时间，能使手术的应激反应减到最低程度。在临床上应遵循无菌，分类，固定，通畅，定位，定性，定量，定时，预防并发证的原则。
