【摘要】目的：探讨、总结口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的作用，提高牙缺损患者的治愈率。方法：我院牙种植引导骨再生手术患者，采取不同口腔修复膜材料治疗，观察临床效果。观察组采用海奥口腔修复膜放置在骨植区引导骨再生，对照组采用钛膜引导骨再生。结果：两组患者病情均有不同程度的好转，其中，观察组66例患者的植骨厚度、不良反应发生率及手术修复成功率等均优于对照组52例患者。结论：采用海奥口腔修复膜材料引导骨再生比钛膜材料引导骨再生疗效好，可以推广临床应用。
