【摘要】目的：对烤瓷贴面在美容修复治疗中的疗效进行观察。方法：在本院2012年12月至2013年12月期间所收治的患者中选取77例作为此次观察对象，随后将其以35与42例的方式将其分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组患者使用全瓷式烤瓷贴面治疗，对照组则使用金属常规美容修复方式进行治疗，修复治疗后使用CDA判断标准对比两组患者的修复效果。结果：使用全瓷式烤瓷贴面进行修复治疗的观察组患者，其在颜色、解剖外形、龈缘灰线、牙龈刺激以及磨除牙体组织少等方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在烤瓷贴面的美容修复治疗中，全瓷式烤瓷贴面的美容修复效果优于金属式烤瓷冠的美容修复效果。

    【Abstract】objective: curative effect of PFM cover in the cosmetic repair treatment were observed.
