【摘要】目的：总结65岁以上高龄患者经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的围手术期护理经验。方法：回顾性分析56例高龄患者经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的术前、术后、并发症的护理。结果：采用护理方法恰当，未出现护理并发症，患者术后恢复顺利。结论：65岁以上高龄患者护理要求较高，合理的围手术期护理有利于经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术高龄患者的康复。

    【Abstract】Objective: to summarize the 65 - year - old aged patients with transurethral ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy perioperative nursing experience. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 56 cases of elderly patients with transurethral ureteroscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy in the preoperative and postoperative complications, nursing. Results: the nursing method properly, no nursing complication occurred, patients with postoperative recovery. Conclusion: over 65 - year - old patient care demand is higher, reasonable perioperative nursing is beneficial to transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror - the recovery of patients.
