【摘要】目的：探讨胃管两种不同固定方法临床效果。方法：将120例神经外科留置胃管鼻饲的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组采用传统的胃管固定方法，观察组采用3m透明敷料贴固定胃管，比较两组患者胃管滑脱率、舒适度、美观度及胃管固定处皮肤受损发生率。结果观察组患者胃管滑脱率，胃管固定处皮肤受损发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)，舒适度、美观度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：使用3m透明敷料贴固定胃管牢固、舒适、美观、皮肤完整性好值得临床推广使用。
