【摘要】各种原因引起的慢性肾脏结构和功能障碍称为慢性肾脏病。慢性肾脏疾病已经成为全球性公共健康问题，其患病率和病死率逐年增高。目前大多数慢性肾疾病病程长、难以根治，患者生理、心理及其家庭经济压力重。所以现在除了实施正确规范的治疗以外，科学合理的人性化专科护理、营养、运动与休息指导可以延缓慢性肾脏疾病的发展，对避免尿毒症发生很有意义。同时对已透析的患者在提高生活质量方面有一定意义的。
