【摘要】目的：酶联免疫检测的灰区应该有一个可操作性“规定”，在没有一个统一规定的情况下，我们的实验室如何去规范操作，是我们实验室应该做的一件大事，不认真对待灰区的出现，就会引发和滋生。方法：通过114292例酶联免疫检测，总结出来灰区出现如何处理的路子-方法。结果：根据总结的方法完成制度管理和SOP文件，按照执行这些方法和文件，让我们在灰区出现时能够正确处理，近两年来，我们按照科室制定的制度执行操作，没有在灰区的问题上出现误差和失误。
