【摘要】目的观察顺铂联合白介素-2胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法采用胸腔闭式引流术，观察组在胸腔内注入顺铂60mg、白介素-2100万U，对照组在胸腔内注入顺铂60mg。每周1次，共1～3次。观察疗效、生活质量、生存率和毒副反应。结果观察组有效率为81.82%，照组有效率为55.00%，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组无严重不良反应，均可耐受。结论顺铂和白介素-2联合胸腔内注射，消除胸水作用明显，值得临床推广。
