【摘要】目的：探讨安尔碘治疗Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度压疮的临床效果；方法：对2011年—2013年20例Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度压疮使用安尔碘治疗效果进行观察。结果：安尔碘治疗Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度压疮，尤其对便失禁、气管切开后痰液刺激形成的皮肤溃烂有显著疗效。结论：使用安尔碘治疗Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度压疮方法简便、易于操作、治愈率高。
