【摘要】 学生实习期间如何培养临床思维是骨科实习带教面临的重要问题。PBL教学法一方面采用以问题为基础的教学方法，另一方面以小组形式讨论、分析典型病例、并发症，手术实习参与及病历指导，改革临床思维的培养方法。PBL教学法激发了学生的学习兴趣，提高了学习主动性，培养了学生发现、分析、解决问题的能力，取得较好的教学效果，是骨科实习带教的有效方法。
