PBL教学法在骨科教学中学生临床思维能力培养的应用(1)
【摘要】 学生实习期间如何培养临床思维是骨科实习带教面临的重要问题。PBL教学法一方面采用以问题为基础的教学方法,另一方面以小组形式讨论、分析典型病例、并发症,手术实习参与及病历指导,改革临床思维的培养方法。PBL教学法激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学习主动性,培养了学生发现、分析、解决问题的能力,取得较好的教学效果,是骨科实习带教的有效方法。【关键词】PBL,骨科,临床思维,培养
