【摘要】目的：观察前牙残冠残根玻璃纤维桩核修复的临床效果。方法：选择36例(54颗)牙，经完善的根管治疗后，玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复。结果：经6月至2年的随访观察，一例牙桩折，其余桩核无脱落松动。结论：玻璃纤维桩是一种较好的桩核修复体，值得推广应用。
