【摘要】目的：探究苯磺酸氨氯地平对高血压患者血压控制的临床效果。方法：收集自2012年5月至2014年5月我院收治的原发性高血压患者160例随机分为实验组与对照组，每组各80例。实验组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平80mg/粒，1粒/天。对照组给予缬沙坦5mg/粒，1粒/天；两组患者服药治疗7周后，比较两组患者治疗前后血压变化的情况。结果：服药治疗7周后，两组患者血压都有明显降低，但实验组患者血压降低的幅度大于对照组，差异明显具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：苯磺酸氨氯地平能够有效降低及控制原发性高血压患者的血压，其药效持久且平缓适宜临床推广应用。
