【摘要】 目的 分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆道损伤的原因、治疗方法及预后，总结教训，为防治胆道损伤提供经验。方法：对2013年6月至2014年10月我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除后2例胆道损伤病人进行分析。结果：2例胆道损伤病人均经过积极处理，行2次或多次手术，现均治愈。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除后胆管损伤为一严重并发症，术者需严格选择手术病例及手术时机，严格把握中转开腹时机及原则，能明显减少胆管损伤的发生。
