【摘要】目的：探讨分析影响重病监护室护理质量的因素及有效对策。方法：本文选取我院自2011年1月-2013年1月收治的90例重症患者为研究对象。系统分析影响护理质量的因素及应采取对策。结果：影响监护室护理质量的因素主要包括患者年龄、护理人员素质、医患沟通不良以及患者医药费支付方式。结论：影响重症监护室护理质量的因素多种多样、十分复杂，因此在临床护理重症病人时，我们要通过改善医院管理制度、加强医护人员培训管理、加强医患之间的有效沟通、适当减轻患者医药费用等方式预防重症监护室护理不良事件的发生。
