【摘要】目的：探讨整体护理配合在胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的作用。方法：112例腰椎间盘突出患者进行胶原酶溶解术1次，观察疗效并加强围手术期各项护理措施。结果：所有112例患者接受胶原酶溶解术后依据疗效评定有效率达97.3%，未出现不良并发症。结论：胶原酶溶解术对治疗腰椎间盘突出症有确切的疗效，整体护理配合在治疗中作用起着重要的作用。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effects of monolithic nursing in herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc with collagen enzyme chemical dissolving skill. Methods ：112 patients who were suffered from herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc accepted collagen enzyme chemical dissolving skill and monolithic nursing. Result ：All patients recovered very well and its effective rate was 97.3%. Conclusion： Collagen enzyme chemical dissolving skill was remarkable healing effect in herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc and monolithic nursing can prevent complication effectively.
