【摘要】目的 对静脉配液中发现的不合理的医嘱用药进行了分类汇总，以促进临床合理用药。对不合理的医嘱信息进行汇总分析。结果 通过对所有医嘱的汇总后总结并分类出临床常见错误的类型。 结论：通过配药时进行检查汇总并与临床及时沟通交流使临床的不合理医嘱比例有所下降。[1]
