【摘要】目的：对应用冠状切口手术方式对患有复杂面中部骨折疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法：选择在我院就诊的患有复杂面中部骨折疾病的患者56例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组28例。采用常规手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗；采用冠状切口手术方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果：治疗组患者面部外观和功能恢复正常时间、临床治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组；围手术期出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组；复杂面中部骨折疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论：应用冠状切口手术方式对患有复杂面中部骨折疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
