【摘要】通过收集、整理笔者所在医院，和文献报道其他医院科研管理工作的情况，认为医院科研管理体系中存在着经费管理、科研设备、档案管理和管理人员、知识产权等不完善的方面，进而提出符合信息化条件下的医院科研过程化管理的思路和方法。
