【摘要】 目的：探讨“一期根治法手术联合中医辨证治疗肛周脓肿”治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2009年9月-2014年3月肛周脓肿采用一期根治术联合中医辨证治疗的病例55例，回顾性研究并较传统的手术方法对比观察治疗效果。结果：55例患者均痊愈，跟踪1-3年无复发。讨论一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿疗效肯定，住院时间短，避免二次手术，为患者减少痛苦、减轻经济负担，有推广价值。
